BE Event Hire was delighted to provide, deliver and set up/break down for Star Wars Celebration at ExCel London for Lucasfilm and Disney.
Star Wars Celebration is an annual convention that originated in 1999. Fans gather to listen to panels, meet celebrity guests, and shop for merchandise yearly.
Lucasfilm and Disney also use the event to announce new projects–so fans who attend will be among the first to hear major Star Wars news.
Excel Setup and Breakdown
As part of the order, we delivered over 2 miles of stretch barriers to protect the exhibits and all the queue control.
We also provided all the folding chairs, including linking them for all the panels and theatres and the trestle tables.
